The Easter House
The Easter House was built in the late 1970’s in the community of houses just north of the Pink Sands hotel on Harbour Island’s world famous beach. The house has four bedrooms and a spacious living room with breathtaking views of the ocean and southern Eleuthera. We have just completed an extensive renovation, including the three bathrooms and central air conditioning. The first floor of the house has an entry hall and large living room with glass sliding doors on two sides that open on to an outside deck. The living room also includes a dining area and a working stone fireplace. There is a spacious kitchen with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. There are two bedrooms on the main floor (one king and one queen) both with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the large outside deck. The upstairs bedrooms (both with 2 twin beds) share a bath and have spectacular views of the water. There are also two small outside decks upstairs. Finally, we have recently recruited a first rate housekeeper, who will ensure that your visit to the Easter House is as comfortable as possible.

Duck Inn Cottages
The Duck Inn overlooks picturesque Governor's Harbour and Cupid's Cay. Located in the heart of the township of Governor's Harbour, grocery stores, shops and entertainment are with walking distance of the cottages. The Duck Inn is part of the original settlement of Governor's Harbour. Some of the buildings are almost 200 years old. Walls are built of solid limestone block carved from the hillside and cisturns. Roofs and interiors are prime heartwood timber hardened to steel-like strength over the ages. All cottages have been refurbished to pristine condition, decorated in tropical themes, furnished with authentic antiques and dressed in fresh flowers from the gardens. We have three luxury cottages nestled within orchid gardens and fruit trees. A stone barbeque grill and a large outdoor dining area with a tropical waterfall is available. Each colonial cottage is beautifully decorated with polished wooden floors and antique furnishings. All three cottages have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, verandas and living areas. Coffee makers, televisions and radios with CD players are included for your added convenience. All cottages are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans and maid service.
Helios House
Secluded beachfront Caribbean luxury villa on 8 acre private estate with guest house, tropical Bahama gardens, pink sand beach. Views, views, and more views. This house was designed by its owner, a well known Swiss designer, to be about comfort and panoramic vistas. The entire wall facing the ocean is all glass--144 feet of glass!! Whether you are preparing the morning's mushroom and 3-cheese omelette or relaxing in the master bedroom, your eyes will be treated to one of most spectacular views anywhere in the Bahamas.
